A girl’s gotta eat, right? ! I love good food. But more than that, I love fresh food. And more than that, I love fresh food that is locally grown or produced. A product produced true to nature is never “fat-free” or “low-fat.” I declare the Full Fat Diet a new take on healthy eating. Stay true to nature’s ingredients, use them reasonably, and there is no reason to go back to chemically constructed alternatives…
Here in Normandy we have a lot of local “paysans” who are really good at what they do – whether it is produce fresh cheese, meat, fish, or grow fruits and vegetables. This region is exploding with fresh ingredients to use in our daily meals, and I can’t wait to share them all with you.
Prior to creating this blog, I was a fashion model. First a skinny one, then a plus size one, if you can imagine that!
If you’d like to know a little more about me and this whirlwind period of my life, you can read about it in my book:
Bosoms and Booties: a Fashion Model who went from Thinner to Winner. If you have a kindle, you can use this link.
If you have an iPad and want to download it for iTunes to then read in iBooks, use this link:
